These terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding agreement between Online Mattress Sale and its customers which applies to all purchases of products by you from our website.

When an order is cancelled before being fulfilled a charge of 4% of the value of the order will be charged to cover our(credit card fees) administration costs

  1. All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to matters beyond the control of the company and are only approximate.
  2. The customer is responsible for checking both the dimensions of the goods when purchased and for ensuring that the same goods can be accommodated into the customer property. (Checking the width of doorways and stairways etc.). Return of goods will not be accepted nor refunds given as a consequence of errors on the part of the customer in this respect.
  3. Where goods are requested to be delivered, such delivery is limited to the customers previously notified address and only as far as the front door. The goods may be taken into the customers property but we accept no liability for any loss or damage.
  4. The goods will remain the property of the company until the full balance has been paid and cheques have cleared.
  5. Cancellation Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have special rights as a consumer when you shop from home. You may cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving your purchase. Details on your Consumer Protection can be viewed at the following sites:

  6. Returns When you cancel an order or part of an order, the goods must be returned in the original packaging. You are responsible for the goods prior to return and for insuring or bearing the cost of the items until they are received by us. Any packaging or postage cost incurred in returning the goods will be your responsibility.When receiving returned goods that have, in our opinion, been used, altered, damaged or are in any other way unfit for resale or return to the manufacturer for a credit, we will withhold any monies due, advise you in writing within 14 days of any such intention and describe the nature of any such refusal to refund. During any period thereafter the goods will be retained by us for a period of no longer than 30 days and be available for inspection by any interested parties, experts, or witnesses. Thereafter, unless the subject of further legal claims, the goods will either be destroyed or at their request returned to the original purchaser, at their expense, following the signing of a release form as provided by us. Vaccuum Packed Mattresses (including divan beds) where the original seal of the packaging has been broken cannot be returned for health and hygiene protection reasons, unless there is a manufacturing fault with the goods supplied.
  7. On CANCELLATIONS and returns or re-selections we reserve our right to recover the cost of return, which would be deducted from the refund amount or added to any upgrade. The charges are as follows:
  • Single sized goods £110.00
  • Small-Double sized goods £125.00
  • Double sized goods £125.00
  • King sized goods £135.00
  • Super King goods £180.00
  • Sofa Beds 25%

  1. Damaged Items Online Mattress Sale Ltd only contracts professional delivery companies to deliver the orders, unfortunately, accidents damaging your ordered items may occur. While this happens extremely rarely, we do ask our customers to thoroughly inspect the goods at the time of arrival and note all comments on damage in their delivery note. Customer is also asked to photograph the damages, call us when this occurs at 0844 800 7935 and e-mail the photographs of damages to sales@onlinemattresssale.co.uk within 3 working days of delivery. If the damages are not promptly and fully noted and reported, we might not be able to assist customers with later claims.
  2. Delivery You are responsible for providing a safe and reasonable means of access from the public highway to the place of delivery. If our delivery staff considers that access is unsafe, then we will not deliver the goods until safe access is provided. You are obliged for provide any required parking permits in advance. Most of our furniture requires minimal assembly (beds, sofa beds etc), unless other arrangements are made with Online Mattress Sale Ltd, it is the responsibility of the buyer to assemble the product and to dispose of any/all packaging in a responsible manner.
